MOTS-c Pen

Pharmacological properties
MOTS-c (mitochondrial derived peptide MDP-s, Mitochondrial Open Reading Frame of the 12S rRNA-c) is a 16-amino acid peptide encoded by mitochondrial DNA. It participates in the regulation of energy metabolism, glucose and lipid metabolism, and cellular stress responses. The peptide activates AMPK (adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase), a key regulator of cellular energy balance. MOTS-c is a promising peptide in the context of metabolism control, aging, endurance, longevity, and processes leading to diseases such as osteoporosis.
Composition
Pen-vial (2.5 ml) contains:
Indications for use
Obesity and overweight: MOTS-c reduces body weight, promotes fatty acid oxidation, and improves insulin sensitivity: MOTS-c increases glucose uptake by muscles, activates AMPK, and raises GLUT4 transporter levels.
Anti-aging effects: Increased MOTS-c in the blood improves physical activity, reduces inflammation, and enhances endurance in adulthood.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to MOTS-c or excipients
Pregnancy and lactation (due to insufficient clinical data)
Children under 18 (without clinical recommendations)
