Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a synthetic peptide from the GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) group, which selectively stimulates the secretion of endogenous growth hormone without significantly affecting cortisol and prolactin levels.

Pharmacological properties

Ipamorelin acts by selectively activating the GHSR-1a receptor (ghrelin receptor), leading to the pulsatile release of growth hormone.
