Biopatid Pen — Injection Pen

Directions for use and dosage
The drug is administered subcutaneously into the abdomen, once a week, on the same day. Before the first injection, it is essential to dial 20 units on the pen-injector and push the plunger to the '0' mark until the first drop of the drug appears. If necessary, and if no drop appears, repeat the procedure.

Mechanism of Action
Biopatid is a dual agonist of GIP and GLP-1 receptors, which play a key role in metabolic regulation by reducing appetite, improving insulin sensitivity, slowing gastric emptying, and stabilizing glucose levels. Reviews of clinical studies have demonstrated that 72 weeks of Biopatid administration reduces weight depending on the concentration as follows:

Side effects (most common)
In case of severe allergic reactions (facial swelling, difficulty breathing), seek immediate medical attention!
Hypoglycemia (especially when taken concurrently with insulin or sulfonylurea).
